Coloring Down the Lines – Rich Razzleberry

Good Morning Ladies!

Today we have our Coloring Down the Lines blog hop.  This week we have quite a few blogs who are participating so you should see a variety of creations.

Our colors this week were

Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie

                                              OR

Rich Razzleberry, Basic Gray, Basic Black

Rich Razzleberry is one of my favorite colors.  I really like working with the cardstock.  I do find that the ink is too dark and often off stamp before stamping my image on my paper.  It gives me a nicer looking color.  Since you know I am not a fan of Pumpkin Pie I bet you can guess which color combo I chose.  Yep number 2!
For my card I used a sketch from Clean & Simple.
I liked the look of this sketch so I thought it would be fun to work with.  I also used the stamp set challenge at SUDSOL.  We had to use Happy Day.  Here is what I created.

As you can see I used some of my retired patterned paper to make my envelope.  Did you see that ribbon treatment?  I saw it on a card shared on SUDSOL and loved it.  I decided to use it for my card.  The idea has me thinking about other treatments I can do with my punches so be on the lookout for more!
Are you ready to hop on Down the Line?  Your next stop is Amanda’s blog  – Our Crafty Playdate.  I am sure you will be inspired by what she has created.  Thanks for looking and have a Wonderful Wednesday!
