Cool Colors in the Subtles Collection
Happy Friday Everyone – Are you ready to look at some more color combos as we look at Cool Colors in the Subtles Collection?
You don’t have to struggle with color combinations. Use the cool colors – blue, green, and purple – you can use a variety of colors to make great cards. Today’s card used those 3 colors from the subtles collection – not a collection you would think of for cool colors.
I wanted a simple image and the Flowers of Friendship was perfect for my card.
I was a little unsure of how I was going to work in the blue color, so decided to check my pattern paper. I was in luck as the You’re a Peach pattern paper has a blue and white polka dot pattern. It was perfect for my background so it solved my problem.
Here is the video for my cool colors in the Subtles collection idea. I have a few tips on how to color the image using markers in it.

This stamp set is one of my favorite flower images to use when making cards. This card uses the same image that was used on the inside and envelope of today’s idea. Here is another idea for that same image where I stamped on the pattern paper.
