Creativity Your Way – sketch 6
Hello everyone – the Spotlight on Nature bundle was used for the Creativity Your Way – sketch 6 idea.
Vicky and I chose to focus on Creativity Your Way this month. That means using all the coordinating products, tools, and techniques to have full creative control. After you check out my card, head on over to her site to see what she created.
Using the sketch was my starting point. This is a great way to start your card if you don’t know what to do. I then decided how to complete the 3 rectangles as I knew the circle would have the flower in it. Combining stamping and pattern paper was a great way to address those elements. The colors came from the piece of dsp so another decision was made for me. Here is what the final card for sketch 6 looked like.

Old Olive – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
Cajun Craze – scrap for die cutting
White – 1 3/4″ x 3″ – 2 pieces
scrap for stamping and die cutting
Country Lace dsp – 4″ x 5 1/4″ – Basic Beige jean pattern
Thoughtful Journey dsp – 1 3/4″ x 3″ – I used the piece with the Cajun Craze and White stems
