CutCardStock soccer card

Hello everyone – today’s card is my grandson’s birthday card and the CutCardStock soccer card is for his beginning to play soccer.
My grandson has a birthday coming up so I needed to make his card. He recently signed up to play soccer so I thought a soccer themed card would be perfect.
Today’s Project
I started with the Pink Fresh Fancy card dies. I saw these dies and knew they would be fun to play with. They go together to make an accordion fancy fold card. I cut the pieces out and put them together. Then I stretched out the card are started ink blending. I used a blue for the sky and a green for the ground. All it needed then was to be decorated.

I pulled out the Kick It Simple Squares stamp set to stamp the inside sentiment. I then stamped the outside frame again and cut apart some of the elements to add to the layers. The soccer ball is from a retired Stampin’ Up stamp set. The one on the front and the last page is up on a wobbler so there is some movement.

I have made soccer cards for Remi, my granddaughter, who also plays soccer. Here is a simple idea that uses the same soccer ball. This one is a pocket card that uses the soccer ball.
