Happy Friday Stampers ~ I am in love with my Daisy Punch Coneflowers card today.
Today is Remi’s Christmas program. She was so excited when I got to the house last night. Last year she did all the movements and somewhat sang the songs. She knew all the words but when you are little and you have a room full of adults staring at you it can be a little scary. We will see how she does today. I will be sure to share some photos with you tomorrow.
For my Fast & Fabulous card today I did some ribbon dying. One thing I need to let you know that I only put 2 drops of reinker into the alcohol. That was not enough as the ribbon was too light. Once you dye your ribbon the first time, you cannot add more reinker and continue dying it. I tried and it did not work. Make sure you add enough ink when you go to dye your ribbon from the beginning. I saw a card on the internet where they had actually used a coneflower die for the flowers. When I looked at it I saw our daisy punch so decided to see if I can recreate the flowers using our punch. Here is the video showing you how I created my Daisy Punch Coneflowers creation.
