Well I took my laptop in yesterday to have them check it out and see if they could clean it up so it would run faster (I am not computer literate so I have no idea what should be running and what shouldn’t). I have to say it was well worth the money as it is running much faster now.
Today’s card did not turn out like I wanted it to. I began with the color challenge from the Card Patterns blog. I combined it with the sketch challenge at the Just Add Ink blog. I decided to use my Watercolor Crayons and the Upsy Daisy stamp. I colored the stamp using Green Galore, Pixie Pink, So Saffron, and Tempting Turquoise. I then spritzed it with water and stamped it. As you can see from my picture my So Saffron does not look like it should. My stamp was stained but clean so it looks like some of the color transferred with the crayon. The same is true with the Pixie Pink flowers that look purple. I have used this method before on this stamp and didn’t have any problems. I may have to clean my stamp really well and try again. I used the Sweet Pea designer series paper for the backgrounds. Here is the sketch and my creation.

Hope you enjoyed my creation despite the mess up with the crayons. Thanks for looking and have a Terrific Tuesday!

The colours, done with the crayons, give it a lovely soft appearance. Beautiful card. Thanks for playing at Just Add Ink.
Hi Robbie, I've been really enjoying the crayon and water spray technique with Upsy Daisy too! So strange that So Saffron didn't come out properly – your card looks gorgeous anyway! Thanks for playing!
Beautiful card – love the coloring! Thanks for playing with us at Card Patterns!
