Hello Stampers ~ are you ready for another embossing paste card?
I hope you are all staying cool with this hot weather! We have had several heat advisories and there are several more for the upcoming days. I have had fun playing in my craft room. I have all my cards for my workshop next month designed and started working on my collage class. I still need to do my Global Design card but I did finish up some of my other design team commitments. Today I am meeting one of my best friends for lunch. We have not seen each other for a couple of months as we have both been busy. Can’t wait to see her and catch up.
The other day I made several card fronts using the embossing paste. Today I am sharing another one of the front. This one was designed using the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches
I used my embossing paste card front and added a frame that was made using the Layering Squares and Stitched Shapes framelits using Basic Black card stock. I attached it to the card front using dots of glue. I only put the glue on the 4 corners as I wanted the sides open so I could put the stamped images underneath. I stamped my flamingo and leaves and cut them out. I used glue dots to attach the leaves first and then the flamingo adding the leaf on the outside of the frame and the legs of the flamingo under the bottom of the frame. The card layer was added to a Whisper White card base. To finish off the card I added some gold enamel shapes. Here is my creation.
