Everything Fancy Fold

Hello Stampers!

I had another productive day yesterday.  I finished making my Project Life page for the Baby Wearing Giveaway, finished the cards for my design team commitment, and made my projects for my Envelope Punch board class for when I get back.  The next 2 days I will spend working on my posts and scheduling them for when I am gone and writing up the tutorials for the design team projects.  I am feeling good about all I have done the past few days.

My card today is for a color challenge I found and wanted to try.  Just Add Ink had some fun colors that I wanted to play with.

I thought it would be fun to use a fancy fold card I ran across a few months ago.  Someone in one of my forums shared a Lever card.  I went searching for a tutorial and found one at SplitcoastStampers.  I wanted my inside piece to be a little smaller so I had to play with the second piece.  I have to admit it took me quite some time to get it figured out.  I tried several things until I finally found one that worked.  Here is my fancy fold creation.

I really like this fold but need to work some more on the inside piece.  If anyone has the info for the inside panel I would love it if you would share it with me.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am hoping to have a productive day on the computer today.  Wish me luck!  Have a Terrific Tuesday!

  1. Robbie, this is lovely! I really like your choice of stamps, and the way you've used the challenge colours. I am useless with 'fancy fold' cards, so can offer no advice; love what you've done, though. Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink this week!

  2. What a fun fold Robbie. A lovely clean style card! Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink.

  3. Ohhh I like this fancy fold – I might have to give it a try. I like how the stamping is subtle so that the fold of the card is the hero. Chantell JAI
