Hello Stampers ~ Did you realize the Fall is just around the corner?
Well we are flying back home today. It was a short trip but we jammed a lot into it. We land late at night and then have a 2 hours ride home. We probably won’t get home until around 1. Long day!
Today I am using the Thoughtful Branches stamp set to create a Fall card. I used the single tree stamp with the leaves and lots of fall colors. I stamped the tree branches using Early Espresso. Then I used the leaves and inked them up first with Garden Green and stamped it. Then I inked it up with Cajun Craze and shifted the stamp slightly. I inked it up again with Crushed Curry and shifted it a little in the other direction. I then repeated this procedure with Pumpkin Pie and Cherry Cobbler. Each time I stamped it I shifted it slightly so that it would be in a different position. That gave me the multi colored tree. To create the vertical panel I used the little leaf spray and randomly stamped it on a piece of Whisper White using the same colors I used in the tree. I added a layer to each panel and attached to my card front panel of Crushed Curry. I wrapped my linen thread around the panel and tied a bow. I then mounted this onto a Whisper White card base. Here is my creation.
