Happy Thanksgiving Everyone ~ I hope you are ready for a Fancy Fold Beautiful Day creation!
Today is the big day! The day here will be spent with a little cooking and some reheating. We made most of the cooking other than the chicken and mashed potatoes was completed yesterday so we could enjoy today. I hope you did the same so you can enjoy your day too. We will be having stuffed ham, chicken, masked potatoes and gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes, broccoli, and rolls. For dessert we have pumpkin and apple pie. Yum yum! What is on your table today?
Today I am sharing my Fancy Fold swap. This swap was created using an idea for a Facebook Live. I used the same layout but changed the colors. I used a Fresh Fig card base and embossed the center panel using the Petal Pair embossing folder. I then went over the embossed area with Clear Wink of Stella. I used some of the Tranquil Textures designer series paper on each of the side panels. On a scrap of Whisper White I stamped my sentiment using Night of Navy. The Detailed Trio punch was used to round the corners. To stamp the image, a sponge dauber was used to ink up the stamp using Fresh Fig and Mint Macaron. The body of the dragonfly was inked up with the Night of Navy. After it was all inked up it was remoistened and then stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. The Detailed Dragonfly thinlits were used to cut out the dragonfly. The sentiment and dragonfly was added to the center panel using dimensionals. Since this is a fancy fold card, there is not inside and I did not do an envelope since it was a swap.
