Fun Nested Essentials dies cards
Hello everyone – today’s share is some colorful Fun Nested Essentials dies cards.
I saw this idea on the internet and wanted to share it in a Live. Using shape dies you create colorful backgrounds for the die cut focal image. After layering on your focal image it is added to an embossed background.
The first idea uses the Crosshatch embossing folder from the Basics 3D embossing folders collection and the hexagon shape. I went with some different colors than I normally use to change it up a bit.
The second card uses some of the bright 2022 – 2024 In Colors with the Exposed Brick embossing folder. I used the rounded corners rectangle die for this one.
The Nested Essentials dies are great for adding interest to your cards. This card uses the hexagon to create a fun focal image for a kid’s card. The rectangle is perfect for making a tag for a gift like this idea.
I am excited that these dies are carrying over as I love using them on my cards. Here are the rest of the products used for today’s cards.
