Fun peeking stamp for Craftin’ Round the World
Hello everyone – this cute image was perfect for the Fun peeking stamp for Craftin’ Round the World.
I looked at the challenges this month at Craftin’ Round the World and decided the tic tac toe board would be a fun one to try. I went for the suggestions straight down the middle – gems, pastel colors, and pattern paper.
Today’s Project
The images on the stamp are peeking out from behind something and waving. I decided to use my pattern paper to have them peeking from behind. I had some Christmas paper from a few years ago that was pastel colors so I was set. To figure out where to stamp the image I used my pattern paper set on my white panel and determined where to stamp my image.
I colored it using pastel alcohol markers using the colors in the pattern paper. The sentiment was stamped and punched out using the postage stamp punch. The pattern paper has silver accents so I used some silver gems to finish it off.
This paper came from a fun collection. Here is a card that uses the same holly paper. This card uses one of the other patterns from the collection.
