Ghosting Technique – A fun and easy technique

Hello Stampers ~ If you missed my Learn Something New class in August you missed the ghosting technique.

Well I got my 3 videos completed and made 2 cards.  I still need 4 more cards so I will be working on those today and tomorrow.  I also have 2 appointments and have to clean my bathrooms so I have a full day.  I may only get 1 or 2 cards completed with all that.  I also need to work on writing my blog posts and editing my videos.  I need to have my blog posts written and scheduled through next Thursday which means 2 videos have to be edited and uploaded.  I can always work on the rest of the posts after I get back home.

Today I am sharing one of the cards we made in my Learn Something New Series.  We played with glossy card stock during this class and used the Ghosting Technique.  We got inky and had some fun.  One of the techniques we tried was called ghosting.  It is a fun technique and fairly easy to do.  I added a twist to my card to show the ladies how it can be changed up a bit.  With the card we made,I did not want to hide the image so I just added some sparkly ribbon and a sentiment.  The image used for the ghosting was from Falling Flowers.  The sentiment came from Oh So Eclectic.   This was the last card we made as it is the easiest of the 3.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  I am looking forward to our trip to the beach.  It will be fun to see the girls when the total eclipse takes place.  The reason we are going to Folley Beach in south Carolina is it will be a total eclipse there.  Can’t wait!  Have a Terrific Tuesday and check out the Ghosting Technique and give it a try with one of your stamp sets.
