Hello Ladies ~ This is our week for the Global Stampers Projects. Are you ready to see some fabulous creations?
Yesterday I spent some time working on the pieces for a Birthday card invitation order. I have a lot of the pieces prepared. I may work on them this morning but I have a few ladies coming to make the June collage this afternoon. It will depend on whether I an tired or have some energy still.
This month our theme was Anything Goes – use anything from the new catalog. This was pretty easy as I had ordered several items for my preorder. My favorite suite from the new catalog is the Daisy Suite. I love daisies – did you know that about me? – so I purchased the stamp set, punch, paper, gems, and ribbon. I knew I wanted to use the stamp set, punch, and paper. I found a great sketch challenge at Dragonfly Journeys
I knew the circle would be perfect for the daisy. I added a strip of the dsp mounted onto Night of Navy card stock. This was added at the bottom of the card front. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of Daffodil Delight using Night of Navy ink. This was added at the top of the dsp layer. I stamped the daisy with Night of Navy twice and used the punch to punch them out. I layered the 2 daisies using glue dots and offset the petals. I added the daisy to the card layer using dimensionals. To finish off the daisy I added one of the faceted gems. The layer was then added to the card base. Here is my completed card.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you. I will be sharing more Global Stampers projects so make sure you come back to see what the other ladies created, there are some great projects. Have a Sensational Sunday and did you like my Global Stampers Project?
Robbie
Hi Robbie! This is so beautiful, and daisies are my favorite flower of all time. I love how you created this, and your interpretation of my sketch for this challenge. The inside touches you added to it are just perfect. I do appreciate you sharing the link to my challenge very much, and I hope you'll join me again when you can đŸ™‚
