Glycerin Coloring Forever Blossoms
Happy Friday Stampers ~ wait until you see my beautiful blue Glycerin Coloring Forever Blossoms card I made today.
I don’t know what happened with this post. I went in to do tomorrow’s and saw this one had not posted. So sorry but here it is. Better late than never I guess!
I don’t have many of the Stampin’ Blends but do have some alcohol markers. I love the fact that you can color an image and don’t get the lines you do when you color with markers. Because of that I found a way to color and not get the lines and I love this technique.
You can use your ink pad or reinker and glycerin to color your stamped image and get a smooth colored look. It is easy to do and give such a pretty soft look to your card. I used that procedure on today’s card and got some lovely blue softly colored flowers.
Here is the video showing how I made the Glycerin Coloring the Forever Blossoms creation.
To show you how great glycerin color is, here is a card that I used the technique on to make the dragonfly. Here is a video that shows how I colored the flowers on this card.
Here is your shopping list for today’s card.
Thanks for visiting me today and I hope this card inspired you to give this technique a try. I love how you get a soft coloring look to your images. Have a Fabulous Friday!
