Grateful Thanks

Hello Stampers ~ does my title Grateful Thanks make you wonder what the card will be like?

I am so excited.  I spent a lot of time in my craft room yesterday and I have my cards made through next Sunday!  I will be working over the next few days to get my cards made through the first of May!  Then I can go to North Carolina to visit my friend and enjoy my time there as I will have posts for when I get back and won’t have to scramble!  I love being so organized and so far ahead!!!!!

My card today uses two retiring sets as well as retiring colors.  So many items on the retiring list are already sold out.  If you have not ordered what you can’t live without, don’t wait too long as you may miss out on them!  I began with the stamp set Grateful Bunch.  The butterfly was stamped with tone on tone using Mint Macaron.  Mint Macaron was also used to stamp the leaf spray onto Whisper White.  Mint Macaron and Sweet Sugarplum markers were used to color the butterfly stamp.  It was then stamped in the upper right hand corner of the white.  On scrap paper I stamped the daisy using Sweet Sugarplum and then fussy cut it out.  The sentiment was stamped on scrap paper with Tip Top Taupe and punched out using the Classic Label punch.  I mounted the punched sentiment onto a scrap of Tip Top Taupe and used it as a guide to cut the Taupe layer.  Onto my Tip Top Taupe card base I mounted the strip of Mint Macaron.  The white layer was mounted onto a Sweet Sugarplum layer and added to the card base using snail.  The sentiment and the daisy were added to the card base using dimensionals.  My card is complete.  Here is my creation.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  What plans do you have for today?  I know many of you will be busy getting ready for Easter dinner tomorrow.  Have a Super Saturday and let me know what you think of my Grateful Thanks!
