Great way to use your dsp

Hello everyone – if you have some panels of pattern paper and aren’t certain how to use them check out this Great way to use your dsp.

Finding ways to use some of my dsp is always something I am looking for. I ran across this idea while surfing the internet and had to give it a try. I began with just a panel of striped pattern paper for the first card. This is a great way to start as it is super easy. Here is the first idea.

Petunia Pop

Basic White

To create the strips you begin with a piece that is 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″. You then cut the panel in 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″ pieces leaving a 1 1/4″ piece. If your panel has a scene or direction, keep the pieces in order as you cut them. Here is the second idea that uses a scenic dsp.

Petunia Pop – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
3″ x 4 1/4″
White – 4″ x 5 1/4″
scraps for stamping and punching/die cutting
DSP – 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″

The new In Color dsp has some great patterns. Here is an idea that uses paper like the striped one for today’s card. The other paper used on today’s card was the Thoughtful Journey. This card uses that paper in a fun way.
