Hand Stamped Sentiments – Banner Time

Hello Stampers!

I hope everyone is having a good day and will get some time to create today.  I am up at Jess’ but I have posts for this week as well as I am working on my projects for the next session of Stampin’ Fun and Friends – Autumn Artistry.  I have 2 great projects for you with this session so if you did not sign up make sure you do soon to take advantage of the early bird price.

Today is our challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments.  Our challenge this week was to create a card, scrapbook page, or project that had a banner on it.

This was a challenge for me as I am not into banners.  I found a sketch at Stamping 411 that I though I could use so I started working.

I just got the new pennant punch so I decided to use it with some patterned paper and see what I could do.  Here is my creation.

When I had my card finished I needed something in the lower corner so I added the sentiment.  I know the rest of the ladies on the design team did a great job so why don’t you hop on over there and check out what they created.  Thanks for looking and have a Terrific Tuesday!

  1. What a great banner card!!! I don't own any banner sets (yet) but I do think they make a great way to add sentiments or a 'celebration' card!!!

Thanks for visiting my blog 🙂
