Hand Stamped Sentiments – Crazy for frames

Good Morning Ladies!

Yesterday was gorgeous here.  After my acupuncture appointment I had a little time before I had to watch Remi.  I went outside and tackled another one of my flower beds.  I still have some to do but the weather is supposed be rainy the next few days.  I will try and get outside and do some more work when it clears up.  I also had some time to play in my craft room.

Today is our Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge.  Our challenge this week is a color challenge.

I went looking at my challenge blogs for a sketch that I might be able to use.  I loved the sketch challenge at Paper Craft Crew Challenges this week.  I decided to use the sketch for my card.

I used the On Film framelits to cut my frame.  It was too tall, so I cut the top off and moved it down on the back of the frame so it would fit.  I stamped the spots then attached my frame to the card.  I stamped the flowers and cut them out using the smaller flower inside the big flower.  I taped down my linen thread and added my flowers.  The last item I did was to add a strip of Bermuda Bay patterned paper down the side of the card.  Here is my creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am meeting with my friend Candice as we are planning a retreat in May.  We are excited to be able to do this.  Have a Terrific Tuesday!
