Hand Stamped Sentiments – Fall

Hello Ladies!

Are you ready for a great card?  I had so much fun making this (it took all day as I kept trying something different as I didn’t like how it turned out).

Our challenge this week at Hand Stamped Sentiments is to create a card with a fall theme.

My swap group this month also had a fall theme with a twist.  We had to do some embossing.  I had planned on using the Autumn Splendor set but my good friend Carole’Anne beat me to it.  I could have used the set but I wanted to offer some variety.  I went to my next favorite fall set – Day of Gratitude.

I ran across a sketch in a magazine I thought would make a nice beginning so I decided to use it.  Here is what my creation looks like.

I am thinking it needs a sentiment at the bottom.  What do you think?  I hope you will check out the other members of our team as they are very talented ladies.  Thanks for looking and have Terrific Tuesday!
