Hand Stamped Sentiments – snowflakes

Good Morning Ladies!

We have a great challenge for this time of year at Hand Stamped Sentiments.  This week you need to use snowflakes on your project.

I love snow and snowflakes so this was right up my alley!  I decided to play with the masking technique I had used for the fall.  I stamped my image onto stencil material and then cut it out.  I applied my masks to my card and then sponged on different colors of ink.  After that all I needed to do was stamp my other snowflakes.  I has some die cut snowflakes from when I had a play date with a friend and she had the snowflake die so I added them to complete my card.  Here is my creation.

I love the snowflakes in this set.  Unfortunately my puppy chewed the little on off the block and I can’t find it.  I love that little snowflake!  I hope you were inspired by my card today.  Don’t forget to head on over to the Hand Stamped Sentiments blog to check out how the other ladies used snowflakes on their projects.  Thanks for looking and have a Terrific Tuesday!

  1. Wonderful card and very interesting technique….would love to see it in person (I'm one of those visual learners!). Even popped to the other site to see more wonderful cards….TFS!!!

  2. Love your layers of snowflakes! An icy little pile of pretties. Sorry your puppy ate one though 🙂 I know that frustration!
