Homemade Feminine Embossed Card

Hello Everyone ~I combined several different items to create my Homemade Feminine Embossed Card today.

Well I still don’t have internet.  I am hoping that someone comes today but not counting on it.  With my luck they will want to come tomorrow and I am headed to Jess’ for the weekend.  Maybe I will get lucky and they will come by tomorrow.  Cross your fingers!  Barb and Doug came over yesterday afternoon and helped me rearrange my new furniture so I have a place to sit down now.  I still have some things coming from the movers on the 9th which will help.  Then I will unpack things and arrange to get the last of my items out of storage.  The fun will begin in trying to figure out the placement of everything.  I plan on using the interior decorator who helped me with the building of the house and choosing colors.  I figure she can help be get everything arranged so it looks good and flows.  I will also get her advice on painting some of my furniture I have to bring in some color.  Then I have to do my craft room.  I have already started thinking about arrangement so we will see how it all fits together.

With no internet I could not do a video and upload it, so I have a card for you today.  I began with a Powder Pink card base and embossed the front using the Lovely Floral embossing folder.  I took a strip of the Garden Impression designer series paper and mounted it to a piece of Shaded Spruce card stock.  This strip was added to the left hand side of the card front using Tear & Tape.  Using the Label Me Pretty stamp set I stamped my sentiment and fussy cut it out.  We do have a coordinating punch to the stamp set but I used it to created my layer.  I used some Melon Mambo card stock and the punch to punch out the shape.  After attaching the 2 shapes I adhered it to the card front using dimensionals.  Here is the completed Homemade Feminine Embossed Card.

Using various products can be a challenge to get them to work together. Click through to learn what embossing folder and designer series paper I used to create my Homemade Feminine Embossed Card.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  I have a much needed massage today and then a few of us are going to lunch and then do some shopping.  I am looking for organizing items for my kitchen and under my bathroom sinks.  I want to be prepared when the movers bring me all my kitchen items next week.  Have a Wonderful Wednesday and I think my Homemade Feminine Embossed Card is very pretty don’t you?
