How about a larger paper strip idea

Hello Everyone ~  How about a larger paper strip idea to help you use all your scraps!

I have shared ideas for using thinner paper strips to make great cards.  But if you are like me your strips are not all thin.  Many of these strips come from cutting down a 6 x 6 piece of designer series paper.  I struggle with how to use these pieces as I don’t want to throw them away.

Sometimes you can use the strip as an accent, but what do you do with strips that really don’t work well as an accent?  Combining it with another piece of designer series paper is a great way to use it.  This technique allows you to use the paper with other to give it some interest.

That is what I decided to do with a strip of designer series paper from the Regals patterned paper stack.  I had a green piece that had a woodgrain pattern to it.  I had no idea how to use it.  I paired it with another piece of designer series paper and my card was created.  Check out this video for my How about a larger paper strip idea creation.
