How to make a simple folio part 2 – decorating
Happy Friday stampers – are you ready for the next part of How to make a simple folio part 2 – decorating?
Last week we started a simple folio by making the base. Today I show you how to use pattern paper and layer it to decorate some of your pages in the folio. I chose to use a mint green as the layer since it went well with the pattern paper. Then I added various pattern papers to mix and match them. For pages that will have photos I added a white photo mat. Here are the first couple of pages I have decorated so far.

To see how I layered the paper and some of my thought processes, watch the video below.

This scrapbook was one I bought the pdf tutorial for and I loved how it turned out. I may just have to make an updated version. Here is one that uses rings for binding and lots of chipboard panels for the pages.
The supplies used for the pages today are Mintay Merry & Joy pattern paper and paper cuts, Mint Green card stock, white card stock, and 2 1/4″ circle punch.
