How to Make Easy Christmas Cards at Home

Happy Friday Everyone ~ interested in learning How to Make Easy Christmas Cards at Home?

Today I am going to the pavilion to learn to play a new game of cards.  They have a group that gets together once a month on the third Friday to play Hand and Foot.  Now that I am to the point where I have some free time I am going today to learn how to play the game.  That will most of the afternoon but I will take some time to wash some more items and get them put away.  I am tired of looking at boxes so want to get them straight.

I have another Christmas card for you today and I love this one.  It is the perfect card to send to kids.  I began with a Whisper White card base and added a panel of Real Red.  I cut a strip of 1″ x 4″ piece of Sparkle Glimmer paper and added it down the right hand side about 1 1/4″ from the side using Tear & Tape.  I then cut a piece of Basic Black card stock that was 1″ x 5 1/4″.  This was added across the bottom of the red panel about 1″ up from the bottom.  Using Gold Glimmer paper I cut a 1 1/4″ x 1 1/2″ rectangle.  I added this to the Basic Black strip where it intersected with the Sparkle Glimmer paper using Tear & Tape.  To make it look like a buckle I cut a 3/4″ x 3/4″ square of Basic Black and added it to the center of the Gold Glimmer paper rectangle using glue dots.  For my sentiment I stamped the outline using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I then stamped the “Ho Ho Ho” in the center of the outline using Real Red ink.  The Everyday Label punch was used to punch it out.  It was then added to the card front in the upper left hand corner using dimensionals.  That is How to Make Easy Christmas Cards at Home.  Here is the completed creation.
