I have tried several times without success to create a 10 minute card for Carole’Anne and Sandi’s 10 minute Challenge. Each time I was just a few minutes off. Today’s card makes that challenge.
I saw the Easy and Demonstratable challenge on Late Night Stampers and decided to give it a try. The challenge is to create a card that could be used in a workshop so it has to be easy and one that can be demonstrated. The twist was to use black and white with just a hint of color. I love black and white with a hint of color. In fact I usually put yellow with black and white so for today’s card I decided to use Melon Mambo instead.
I have been thinking about this card all day. I knew I wanted a white card with a layer of black and then a layer of white. I thought it would be interesting to use a wheel down one side. I then just needed to add a sentiment. I felt it needed something else (have to have ribbon or bling) so I thought it would be fun to use the horizontal slot punch and add ribbon at the top. Here is my creation.

Hope you enjoyed my card today. I will be working a few challenges to post over the weekend. Thanks for looking and have a Fabulous Friday!

Wow, you rocked that challenge big time and way to go, combining 2 challenges and making it in 10 minutes – that is so hard isn't it?
Congratulations, your card is just beautiful.
Cute, cute card! And quick too! I am going to need to try this. Thanks for sharing it.
