Irresistible Blooms meets Glorious Gingham
Hello Everyone – a clean and simple idea is the share with the Irresistible Blooms meets Glorious Gingham card.
I love gingham and was so excited when I saw the new collection of pattern papers in the catalog. This paper is one of the ones on sale so Vicky and I decided to use this collection this week for our cards. I chose to use the Pretty Peacock one today. Make sure you check out Vicky’s card to see which color she chose to use.
I paired the gingham with the Irresistible Blooms bundle and Moody Mauve for this pretty card. This is a simple layout that uses the sketch challenge at TGIF Challenges

Did you notice the dot string across the bottom of the gingham panel? I cut apart the die to make the size I wanted.
Don’t forget to decorate the inside of the card and envelope. The image is perfect for that to carry the theme all the way through.
The flower in this stamp set is very versatile. For this card I embossed the flower and then used reinker to watercolor it. The same color flower was used on this card but this card uses a different green.
