Did you think I got lost? I can’t believe how much time has passed since my last post. I have been busy with Michaela’s move which happens this weekend. She has a lot to do in a few days.
The first card I am sharing is a card we did at my workshop last week. I saw several cards where the artists has used punches to create a penguin. I decided I would try my hand at it but has to adapt it since I did not have the wide oval punch. I think he turned out cute and he wasn’t as hard to do as I thought. I used the layout from this card to make my creation. I added the beads to give it lots of bling. Here is my creation and the inside of the card.
The next card I have for you was one I created yesterday for the sketch challenge on Paper Craft Planet. This is a fairly new website that has weekly challenges, chat groups, etc. They describe themselves as “Facebook but for paper”. I used their sketch for this week to create my creation. I had several embellishments I had bought over the last year that I also wanted to incorporate into the card. I love these mittens from retired Stampin’ Up set. I think they made the card, what do you think?
