Sorry for the late post. I have been working all day on the cards for my workshop next week. Finally finished them (after several goof ups that were trashed) and wanted to get them up here for you. Here are the cards we will make next week.
The first card is one that Dawn posted on her blog with a video to show how to make it. I thought it was so cute so I cased it.
Stamps: Curvy Verses, Itty Bitty Backgrounds, Polka Dots & Paisley (retired) Paper: Basic Black, Green Galore, Real Red, white Ink: Basic Black Accessories: scallop – 1″ – 1/4″ circle & eyelet border punches, Basic Black marker, buttons (Pink Hedgehog), Zots
The second card is a shadow box card. I have seen these on other blogs lately and they are easy to make. Dawn has a great video tutorial for how to make these. They are really easy!
Stamps: Embrace Life, Pocket Silhouettes, Watercolor minis (retired) Paper: Bermuda Bay, white Ink: Bermuda Bay, Soft Suede Accessories: Nestabilities (Spellbinder), eyelets, Crop-a-dile, word window punch, sticky tape
The third card uses the same layout as this card. I wanted to use some of the new In Colors as well as the new paper and this layout was perfect for it.
Stamps: Fun & Fast Notes Paper: Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry, white, Razzleberry Lemonade DS Ink: Basic Black Accessories: Trio Flower punch, Crushed Curry – Melon Mambo – Rich Razzleberry – Green Galore markers, Dotted Wave Edger punch (EK Success), Swiss Dots Cuttlebug embossing folder, brads, sticky tape, dimensionals
The last project is a card box. Everyone is making these with cards to match as gift sets. I plan on making one for my Chemo Friend with some matching cards (she likes stationary). They are super easy and only take 1 sheet of cardstock. Alysabeth has a fantastic tutorial on her blog that make them super easy to put together.
Paper: Bashful Blue, Delicate Dots (SAB) Accessories: ribbon (Ribbons and Bows Oh My), sticky tape
There is still time to let me know if you are coming or not! 🙂 Thanks for looking and have a great evening!
Robbie
