Good Morning Everyone ~ are you ready for a Labels to Love Ho Ho Ho card?
Today is the first full day of crafting! Can you tell I am excited? I will be working on the Christmas project for the girls first. If I hit a block or need a break I will work on one of the mini albums I want to do. I am sure there will be lots of laughs and tons of good food as we have a private chef for the weekend. I will let you know about our food!
I love the Labels to Love stamp set. In my Creations of the Month class this month I created some cute cards using it. Make sure you check it out here. I wanted to play with it some more, so I used it on my card today. I began with the piece of the Be Merry dsp that had the reindeer on it. I used a piece of gold glimmer paper and flagged the end before adding it with Tear & Tape to the dsp. The dsp was then added to a layer of Cherry Cobbler. This panel was attached to the left hand side of a Whisper White card base. Using Cherry Cobbler ink, I stamped the Ho Ho Ho onto a piece of Whisper White. This was cut out using one of the Stitched Shapes ovals. I also used the ovals to cut out a larger shape using Dazzling Diamonds. The Everyday Label punch and Cherry Cobbler card stock was used for another punch. The 3 shapes were then layered. The sentiment layer was added to the center of the card base using dimensionals. Here is my completed Labels to Love Ho Ho Ho card.
