Late Night Stampers – Show Off Your New Stuff Challenge

Good Morning Stampers!

Wow what a weekend!  I didn’t get anything I wanted accomplished other than holding Zoie!  Each time I see her I am just amazed.  She wakes up with a smile on her face and stays that way all day long.  She is such a delight and is always talking.  She is starting to show some attitude – especially when you put her in her bouncy chair or car seat.  She hates to be laying down.  She wants to be upright.  I think once she starts walking there will be no stopping her.  There will be a lot of chasing involved.  Here is one of my latest pics.

Okay enough with the Zoie talk and on to the card.  Our challenge at Late Night Stampers  this week is to show off your new stuff.  I have so many things from the new catalog but went with a card I saw on another blog.

I was inspired by a card Heather Cserni created.  She used the Delicate Doilies set and using markers colored in parts of the doily.  I loved her card and decided to case her idea.

I used the sketch from Don’t Waste Your Thursdays

I did modify the bottom to only have 3 squares as I wanted to use the small doily to create the squares.  Here is my creation.

I really like how my card turned out.  I used new colors – Wisteria Wonder and Island Indigo.  I also used a new set Delicate Doilies.  What do you think of my card?  Thanks for looking and have a Marvelous Monday!
