Hello Everyone!
Was I busy yesterday! I had a class in the morning. After that I
delivered the 70 hand santizers which my friend loved. I then came back
and started working on the projects for our next session of Bags &
Tags. When we come up with the idea it is my job to figure out how to
construct the main box/bag. It took me about 8 tries and I got it.
Then I made the box in the card stock we are using for the class. I
still have a few decorating things to do but other than that my part it
done. My friend Amanda does the tag and the card. We like to have the
next project completed before the class they are taking so they can see
what is coming up. The ladies have enjoyed the classes so far. I am
sure they will enjoy the next session.
We all love making gorgeous cards to send
out. But then we go and put it into a plain envelope. Why not take
your creativity further and make your envelope pretty too. I used the
inks from Laura’s Loft to color my envelope. Then I stamped some
flowers and my envelope now looks just as nice as my card. So much fun
and imagine the ooohs and aaahs you will get from the mail carrier!
Make sure you visit her shop and get some of her inks that she has on
sale right now!
So the ink colors I used were Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers in Kit #1 and Squeezed Lemonade. After I had colored my envelope I then used Altenew’s Golden Garden to stamp the flowers.
Here is my completed envelope
I hope you enjoyed my envelope today and it has inspired you to get inky. Make sure you visit Laura’s Loft as she is having a sale on all her items.
Thanks for visiting me today. I have another class this morning and then I am babysitting Remi as
Jess takes her grandmother to the theater for her birthday. Wish me
luck! I may try and clean my stamping room if I can. Have a Super
Saturday!
