Wow I looked at my log hits and I am only 100 away from 10,000. I cannot believe I have had that many visitors in a year since I took over. I am so excited. I will be busy looking for some blog candy to give away when I get there so check back to see when I post it.
Well the weather forecast has that “S” word in it again. This time it is coming from the west so we will not get that much (if any). My philosophy is if it is going to be cold it needs to snow. Oh well, that just means I can work on making some Valentine cards for my son-in-law’s unit.
My card today was a quick and easy card. I basically put it together in about 1/2 hour. I used the color challenge from the Colour Create blog. You were to use lemon and lime. I also used the sketch challenge from the Cards & Things blog. To me this fits the clean and simple challenge on the Our Creative Corner blog and the ribbon challenge on the yahoo group Late Night Stampers blog. I thought with all the cold weather a fun cheery card would help bring some sunshine into our lives. Here is the sketch and my creation.

Stampin’ Up Supplies
Stamps: Herb Expressions, One of a Kind Paper: Green Galore, Yoyo Yellow Ink: black Accessories: 5 Petal flower & Boho Blossoms punch, Green Galore & Yoyo Yellow markers
Hope my card brought some sunshine into your life. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

I like this Robbie. It's so soft looking. the design is pretty and I like the colors. I guess I just like flowers cards. Welcome back to the land of cold. It's too bad you had a cold in Hawaii. But it's alos nice to get away and also to see your daughter. Sandy
PS Congratulations on all those hits.
