Happy Monday Everyone!
I spent some time yesterday making a shaker card. I love shaker cards. I struggle with how much sequin mix to put in. I either have too much or not enough. I think my card this time has the right amount. I also finished up a tag for a tag swap. I will post pictures of them later after I know the recipient has received them.
Today I tried something a little different. I am unsure about my card for this one. I started with the color challenge at Color Throwdown color challenge.
The challenge came for me when I decided to pair it with the sketch challenge at Match the Sketch Challenges.
I began by stamping the screen background from Summer Silhouettes using black ink to make my larger panel. Once I had my panel created, I started pulling the other elements. I began with a piece of Brights designer series paper stack. I chose to use the striped one. After I added it to my black and white panel I needed something else. I decided to use a butterfly. I pulled out my Timeless Textures and stamped a piece of Pool Party. I punched out the butterfly using the elegant butterfly punch. I then needed to use the orange so I stamped a piece of Tangelo Twist with another stamp from the Timeless Textures stamp set. I then used the Bitty Butterfly punch to punch it out. I layered the 2 butterflies using a glue dot. I then added it to the striped paper with a dimensional. To finish it off I used a strip of Real Red. I originally planed to mount it on a piece of white, but it was lost. I then decided to use black and everything popped so I went with that. I mounted to panel onto a white card base and my card was finished. Here is my completed card.

Thanks for visiting me today. I am hoping to work on a hand sanitizer order that I need to get finished and delivered. I will be busy today! Have a Marvelous Monday!
