Memories and More Card Pack – not just for scrapbooking

Good Morning Stampers ~ I had a chance to play with the Memories and More Card Pack again!

Did you see my post yesterday about suggesting a stamp set and color for my my One Color Wonder series?  I hope you will check it out and send me a message with a suggestion.  I also have a new page at the top with my retired stamp sets I have that are for sale.  If you are looking for an older set check out what I have for sale.

I am loving the Colorful Seasons Memories and More card pack.  I love the fact that you can make cards for all different seasons.  The last time I shared a Fall card along with a Summer card.  My cards today were made for the other 2 Seasons.  I began with the fun flower card from the pack.  This one has the added strips at the top and bottom.  All I need to do was add some layers and attach to my card base.  To get my bling – you know I have to have my bling – I took a couple of strips of rhinestones and added them at the top and bottom.  Here is the first card.

For the next card, I had one more season to address – Winter.  The card pack has some great winter themed cards.  I chose the one that had the ombre strips of hexagons at the top.  Using the snowflakes from the Colorful Seasons stamp set I did some second generation stamping.  The card was mounted onto a piece of Dapper Denim card stock and then onto a piece of Silver Glimmer paper.  Using a Dapper Denim card base I stamped the same snowflakes onto the front.  The snowflake layer was then added to the card base using dimensionals.  I used some Dapper Denim card stock and the snowflake thinlits to cut out a few snowflakes.  Wink of Stella was added to the snowflakes to give it – know what I am going to say – some bling!  Dots of Tombow multipurpose glue were added to the back of the snowflakes and when it was dry they were added to the front of the card.  To finish off the card I added some of the glitter dots.  Here is my completed creation.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  Today is my knitting day so I won’t have as much time in my craft room.  That’s okay as I need to have more than one passion!  Have a Great Day and take a second look at the Memories and More card pack as they can help you create some quick but Wow cards!
