Hello Stampers ~ how about some Metallic Snowflakes today using white, silver, and gold?
Zoie goes to the pediatrician today and I am hoping they will let her go back to school. I know she will have to see an orthopedic doctor but I think that will be a formality. I have a lot to get done in the next few days so I really need my time here without any distractions. I have quite a few videos to make and it is much better if no one is here when I do that.
I checked out my challenge blogs as it has been a while since I played along with some of them. I found a great sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.
I really liked this sketch but I did take some liberty with the layout. I began by embossing a Whisper White panel with the Winter Wonder embossing folder. A strip of the Year of Cheer dsp with the silver and gold snowflakes was cut to go across the lower part of the panel. A half of a silver Foil Snowflake was used for the teal circle in the sketch. This was attached to panel using tear & tape. The strip of dsp was added on top hiding the bottom edge of the snowflake where the tear & tape was used. To finish the card and address the white circle in the sketch, I added a gold foil paper swirl using the framelits from the bundle. I also used some Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper to cut out a snowflake. This was added on top of the foil swirl. My clean and simple Metallic Snowflakes card was complete!
