Good Morning Stampers!
Well Remi is back to old self. She had a marathon nursing session on Saturday and Saturday night and now she is her normal giggly self. So glad it was just a short lived thing. She is just too cute to be sick!
Today I found a sketch at Just Add Ink
I liked this and started thinking about the 2 star elements. I was thinking they could be 2 different shapes so I started looking in the catalog at the framelits. I found a shape I liked in the Chalk Talk framelits. I then thought about using a bow for the smaller shape. I saw one in another set of framelits but then decided to use the bow punch. Now I needed the strip down the side and sentiment strip. I pulled out my Timeless Elegance ds paper for the 2 shapes and then found another piece for the strip. So I used the Timeless Elegance paper for the major elements of the card. I decided to use the sponge method to ink up the leaves and not ink the flower. This way I could use Mint Macaron ink as the accent color. Here is what my finished project looked like.

Thanks for visiting me today. I have 2 ladies coming this morning to make Christmas cards and then I am going to play in my room to get things to post this weekend while I am away. Have a Marvelous Monday!

Great card – I really like the panel down the side and how that matched the sentiment banner. Chantell JAI
