My first try at a vintage card!

Well my card today is a new one for me. The challenge at Always Playing with Paper is to create a vintage card. I have never done a vintage card but knew I had a great example of one from my friend Carole’Anne. She is on the Late Night Stampers design team with me and at Convention the design team did a swap. I pulled out her card and saw that to be vintage it needs to have distressed edges, distressed inking, and rips in the cardstock. I used the color challenge from Cards & Things.

I did a lot of distressing, sponging, and ripping and here is my creation. Let me know what you think of my first attempt.
