A new Color Challenge website

Another new week and lots going on.  I hope you have some time this week to play.  I wasn’t sure if I would so I worked on Saturday and Sunday to have posts ready to go so you did not have to miss some inspiration.
Today’s card uses a color challenge from a new site I found.  Stampin’ Royalty has color challenges and this week they had one I wanted to try.

I thought it would be a challenge to use the Tempting Turquoise with the Concord Crush.  I had several
sketch challenges I could use but decided to use the one at Don’t Waste Your Thursday.

When I am doing the color or sketch challenges I sometimes start with the color and look at my sets, or I will look at the sketch and choose my set, or I will even start with the set and find a color challenge or sketch challenge that seems to fit.  In this case I used the sketch and when I looked in my catalog at my sets I realized I had not used Fifth Avenue Floral in quite a while so I decided to use my favorite flower in this set – the daisy.  I stamped the daisies in the colors on white and then stamped it again on the Concord with White Craft and embossed it with white.  I then cut it out.  I added a Concord glitter brad in the center and popped it on the panel.  I decided to add some layers – So Saffron and Chocolate Chip.  I used some patterned paper in Turquoise and add the middle layer of the sketch.  When I laid the elements on the card it was missing something so I decided to stamp the daisy flower in the variety of colors on the card.  It was then ready to have the layers added.  To finish it off I added 3 rhinestones at the bottom.  Here is my finished creation.
