Hello Stampers ~ I have a very pretty Night in Bethlehem Handmade Card for you today.
Well I will be making up some classes this week. I want to get them finished before December gets here. I don’t like to carry over classes for too long. The rest of the week I will be working on some projects and prepping for classes. I am meeting one of my best friends this weekend. We have not seen each other in quite a while and we have a lot of catching up to do. It will be several hours of chatting, laughing, and fun!
Today is another challenge at Make My Monday challenge blog. Our challenge this week is
#60 Happy Holidays/Happy Christmas
This will be my last challenge with this design team. I will be leaving the design team as I have a lot going on. I have enjoyed being on this team and will miss the challenges. I will be playing along when I can.
Since the challenge is Happy Holidays/Happy Christmas, I went with a joyful card. My card began with Night in Bethlehem bundle. I wanted to stamp the city scene and then stamp and cut out Mary and Joseph. I opted for a calming color combo of Crumb Cake and Night of Navy. After I had my scene stamped I cut out the star from Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper and added it using a glue dot. Mary and Joseph was stamped with Night of Navy, cut out, and added to the panel with dimensionals. This panel was added to the Crumb Cake card base. I chose the sentiment from the Hearts Come Home stamp set. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark and then embossed with Silver embossing powder. The strip was added to a Night of Navy card stock strip and then attached to the card base using dimensionals. My creation is complete. Here is my Night in Bethlehem Handmade Card.
