Hello Stampers ~ I played a few days ago and used some designer series paper to create my Oh So Eclectic Hello card.
Remi was adorable during her program yesterday. She knows all the words and actions to the songs but she did not sing at all. She did do all actions. I have to say we were very proud of her as some of the younger ones got really upset and started crying but she did not follow suit. Here are a few pictures I took.
After my workshop yesterday I made my video for Sunday. Wait until you see the cute card! I also worked on a project that is adorable. Haven’t decided how I am going to share it. Have to see what would be the best way to share it.
I needed a break from all the Holiday and snow cards so I opted to play with some of my other toys. One of the things I played with was the designer series paper from the Oh So Eclectic suite. This paper is very colorful and fun to play with. I choose to use the chevron piece as I loved all the colors. I also have some of the Night of Navy gingham ribbon. I love this ribbon and felt it matched the dsp. I wrapped the ribbon around the dsp and attached it using Tear & Tape. I then added the dsp to a Night of Navy card base. The dsp was 4″ x 5 1/4″ so when I added it to the card base I matched up the upper right hand corners so there was a border on the left hand side and the bottom only. The ribbon needed a bow so I tied one and added it with some glue dots. I used one of the sentiments from the set and stamped it onto a piece of Whisper White using Night of Navy ink. I cut the card stock down and flagged the one end. I distressed the edges of the sentiment using Night of Navy ink. I added the sentiment layer to the card with dimensionals. Here is my completed Oh So Eclectic Hello card.

Your card is so fun and colorful!!! Have some of that DSP and agree with you! But the pics of Remi are adorable and love her outfit! She is sooo pretty and am happy that she did not follow some of the other kids…..she was brave to a certain point, though did not panic as did some others! But you got the pictures and have wonderful memories of the day! I still think of her as the baby, but she is definitely NOT one! Take good care and cannot wait to see your next project!
SO SWEET
