Well I dropped off the samples of the projects the ladies at the retirement home will have the opportunity to make. The manager loved them and felt the ladies would like them also.
The first picture is an idea I got from Julia at Julia Bettencourt the blog. I t was just too cute to pass on and such a great idea for someone who reads. It is a bookmark using the butterfly die cut, patterned paper scraps, and ribbon.
The next idea is one I have seen in the past. Not sure who came up with the first one but again this was inexpensive and the ladies will enjoy making it. It is a big clothespin that is painted and covered with patterned paper that can be used as a photo holder, note keeper, or recipe holder just to mention a few. Here is the picture.
