Penny Black Sketch Challenge

Second post, scroll down for previous post.

Candice and I played with some new techniques today. We used our end products to create 2 cards. I just love my finished card. Check back tomorrow to see what I came up with, you are going to love it.!!!!!!

The card in this post is for the Penny Black sketch challenge. I hadn’t done one of their challenges in a while so when I got back this afternoon I decided to give it a try. I had this last image from my sister’s stash so I went with it. I also thought it would be appropriate since we had snow showers all day but no snow. Besides I had used a lot of flowers lately and thought you might like a change of pace. Here is the sketch and my creation.

Colour Create Challenge

Third post, scroll down for others.

Well I realize this is a late post, but my computer was doing a virus scan and when I try to upload photos it doesn’t act right. Hopefully there are a few of you still checking out my cards.

I wanted to do the Colour Create Challenge again this week. You had to use red, white, and blue. I didn’t want to do the typical July 4th type card and I liked this Penny Black stamp so I went with it. It was fairly easy especially since I used Rose Red and Not Quite Navy. I know it is late and you are anxious to relax so here is my creation.
