Sorry I missed posting yesterday, I have been preparing all week for a show that I am doing tonight. This show will be my largest hostess show ever – 20 girls.
Well back to how I came up with this card, Splitcoaststampers.com has a sketch challenge each week, so instead of coming up with an idea on my own I just decided to make a card with this sketch. You can visit SCS by this link to see other cards done using this Sketch challenge
Stamp Set: Girlfriends Cardstock: Confetti White, So Saffron, Marigold Morning, and Designer Series Paper Ink: Basic Black and Marigold Morning Accessories: Build a Brad and Very Vanilla Grosgrain Ribbon 🙂
Well what do you think of that snow we had yesterday. I had an observation at 1:15 and when I went in it was just a snow shower. When I cam out 45 minutes later the ground was covered. Was I ever surprised. We were all wondering where our snow was and now we don’t have to wonder any more. The key will be if we get some more before Spring gets here.
I have been in a pink and brown mood lately. All the cards I see with these 2 colors I have really liked. So I used those colors for my card today. I also saw a sketch on iheart2stamp
website that I liked and decided to use it. Here is the sketch and my card:

Well when we went to pick him up on Saturday Sloane and Sam still had no idea what we were doing. They were both very excited when they found out he was going home with us. He seems to be adjusting well.
He is already house broken and he walks great on his leash.
Well I think our nice weather will end next week. The weatherman has us for the 40’s next week. That still isn’t bad considering we could be in the teen’s. I was reading several blogs and found a sketch and a color challenge I decided to combine. I like the colors and the card is very dotty but I think it is cute anyway. What do you think? The sketch is from Beate’s
blog and the color challenge is from Michelle’s
blog. Both of these ladies do some great work. Visit their blogs and join in on the fun. Here is the sketch and my card.
Stamps: In the Spotlight (Hostess, Fall & Winter 2007), Warm Words, Itty Bitty Backgrounds Paper: White, Brilliant Blue, Glorious Green Ink: Brilliant Blue, Glorious Green Accessories: gold brad, dimensionals, sponge circle cutter, scallop punch
