I am in an Artistic Trading Card swap and the theme this month was ribbon. I created a cute Halloween ATC that I decided needed to be a card. Here is the ATC and the card. It is Monday and that means it is time for our color challenge. This week we decided that one of us would do a card using the color challenge colors and the other one would do a card using alternative colors.
