Robbie’s Color Challenge

I saw the faux shaving cream technique on a blog and remembered I had learned how to do this at convention. I had the colors Tempting Turquoise and Garden Green and I immediately thought of an underwater scene. I created the background by sponging Tempting Turquoise all over the white then going back and sponging Garden Green on top.
