Good Morning Everyone ~ I have some Paper Pumpkin Scrapbook pages for you today.
We are off to the high school for Zoie’s dance recital today. It was funny as yesterday she said to me that tomorrow is her dance recital. I said yes it was. Her response was “Yay, I get to dance on the big stage!” If it was me I would be terrified! She is such a ham! I will post some pictures of her in her costume tomorrow.
The other day I shared some alternate Paper Pumpkin cards. Today I have 2 scrapbook pages for you. The first one used pieces of the box that I had cut up. I used the larger pieces to be photo mats. The red mat has a piece of the box used to pull out the journaling paper that is in the pocket created by the red card stock. I added some flourishes as it needed something. The stamp set was used to stamp both watermelons. The rind was stamped with Pear Pizzazz and then I used a Garden Green marker to squiggle on some lines. Here is the first page.
The second page uses the tissue paper that is supposed to be used to stuff the bags. I cut the sheet apart. The one smaller section Was added with a mat of Whisper White. I left the longer piece in tack and added 3 squares for photos. One of the note cards was attached as the journaling piece. The banner is from the kit and I wrapped it with Basic Black baker’s twine. The sentiment was stamped and punched out with the 1″ punch. A layer of Melon Mambo was added using the 1 1/4″ punch and the final layer was Emerald Envy punched with the 1 3/8″ punch. This was popped onto the banner. I made a watermelon slice and cut it into pieces to get the smaller slices. Here is the second page.
