Surprise a card on Sunday!
I spent some time on Friday in my craft room. I was able to make several cards that I will be sharing with you over the next few days.
The first one uses a sketch from the Eat Sleep Stamp blog and the color challenge from the Color Dare blog. The sketch was a simple one and the colors were Pink Passion, Kiwi Kiss, and Apricot Appeal. These colors are definitely different. I thought it would be fun to use the Upsy Daisy stamp and markers for my image. Since Kiwi Kiss does not have a marker, I used an aqua painter and an ink refill to color the stems. The only thing you need to remember when you color an image with markers is to huff on the stamp to remoisten the ink. Here is the sketch and my creation.

Oh Robbie these colors look fabulous together. And each time I see this stamp set it makes me bump it up to the top of my wish list. You definately nailed this week's sketch challenge. I'm so glad you had a chance to play. See you next week I hope!
