Playful Flowers

Hello Everyone ~ are you ready to see some Playful Flowers?

I did manage to spend some time in my craft room yesterday.  I cut paper for my workshop tonight and worked on several cards.  Then I had to follow Jess down as she dropped her truck off.  Her battery died and she is heading to Great Wolf Lodge this evening.  Then we went for a walk last night.  It wasn’t too bad as it was not as humid as it has been.  Today I have to watch Remi while Jess has a conference call, then I have an acupuncture appointment, and to end the evening I will be teaching a Bags & Tags class.  Full day for me!

Today I am sharing a card that I made off a card I saw in a catalog.  I liked the layout and so pulled out my supplies to create my version of the card.  I used 2 patterns from the Playful Palette designer series paper for the layer to the left.  I then used some Soft Suede card stock to create a tag.  I used a layer to stamp the Wild About Flowers.  Then I stamped my Thanks and attached it to my tag.  I then threaded some of the new 1/4″ Natural Trim in silver through the slit at the top and tied the ribbon together with some silver thread.  My card was complete.  Here is my completed creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I will be home by myself on Wednesday and Thursday so I will be relaxing and playing in my craft room.  Have a Terrific Tuesday and and take some time to create your own Playful Flowers!
