Playing with Tea Party DS Paper

It is the beginning of a new week. The weatherman says it is going to warm up a little this week. I for one am glad. Maybe I will get some walks in this week.

I spent a little time in my craft room yesterday. I wanted to do another sketch challenge. I wanted to do something with my Tea Party DS paper as I only have a little left and don’t want the catalog to go out and have a lot left. I liked the sketch at Card Patterns blog so I decided to use it. After I had all the pieces placed on my card, it needed something so I added a crimped strip down the center of the card to add some interest. I had to change the direction of the tag as well as angle as I felt it looked better. Here is the sketch and my creation.

I looked at my blog and noticed I have hit 10,000 hits. I will be putting some blog candy together to give away to celebrate this milestone. I will post it either this afternoon or tomorrow so check back to enter in the drawing. Hope you enjoyed today’s card. Thanks for looking and have a Sensational Sunday!
